Please note that some items do not qualify for free shipping such as;

Free shipping is not applicable if your order includes any of these items that are not eligible for free shipping, even if you purchase more than $99 in items that qualify. Your order is eligible for free shipping only when you purchase qualified items with the mark and spend more than $99 ($299 for Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories).

 

 

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

 

All in-stock orders ordered by 3 pm (PST) in business days are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or observed holidays. Orders placed these days will be processed after the following business day.

 

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order or merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you via email to inform you of the reason.

 

 

DELIVERY METHODS

Domestic orders include all orders within the 50 United States & territories will ship via your chosen preferred method at checkout unless other arrangements are made.

USPS First Class Mail (Standard Ground Shipping)

From 3 to 11 business days delivery for items in stock and ordered by 3:00 pm.

From 3 to 7 business days delivery for items in stock and ordered by 3:00 pm.

 

  

LOST PACKAGES

After the order is shipped out, MostiveUSA.com does not take any responsibility for undelivered/missing packages. There is no warranty on undelivered items. Any lost packages or any other inconvenient situation the customer will face must be solved by the customer.

 

*For prevention of your package from the lost package, it is highly recommended that signature confirmation be applied to shipments for security. Signature confirmation will be automatically applied to orders over $50 for security reasons unless the customer declines it.

 

 

DAMAGES & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Customers must report missing & defective items within 7 days of product arrival. Missing items include items that are not included in the original package and not noted on the invoice. Defective items include goods damaged due to mishandling during shipping and new goods with notable defects.

Any claims received after 7 days of product delivery are subject to refusal. Missing & defective product reports received after 30 days will be denied.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for filing a claim. 

 

 

SHIPMENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS

*The customer is always responsible for providing the correct shipping address on any order. MostiveUSA.com will not be able to help with any types of support required due to incorrect shipping addresses.

*If an item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If an item is returned due to the mistake of MostiveUSA.com, MostiveUSA.com will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.

 

 

DUTIES & TAXES

Applicable Sales Tax will be charged on all orders delivered to an address in California. MostiveUSA.com is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we are not offering shipping outside of the U.S. at this time. 

You may contact the distributor(s) to purchase our products outside the U.S.  Check our distributors HERE.

 

 

HOLIDAY SEASON

​

Holiday Season means BUSINESS and LOST/MISSING PACKAGES. Protect your order by applying signature confirmation. MostiveUSA.com USA automatically applies signature confirmation to all orders during the holiday season free of charge to help protect your order. Orders must be signed for at the time of delivery—if not, they will be sent to the nearest USPS and safely held there for pickup*. You may decline signature confirmation at checkout, but please note that if you do, MostiveUSA.com cannot take responsibility for undelivered/lost/missing packages.

 

 

*Packages that cannot be signed for at the time of delivery will be held for up to two weeks at the nearest USPS (please see the notice left by USPS for a specific location). If the customer fails to pick up in time, packages will be sent back to our office in Los Angeles and the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Items may be returned (unopened & in original condition) within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Note that items not unused, unopened & in original condition are not eligible for returns barring manufacturer’s defect or shipping damage. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. However, MostiveUSA.com will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of the manufacturer’s defect* or shipping damage. Returns due to the manufacturer’s defect* will not be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Please understand that it is necessary to charge a restocking fee on returns in order to cover costs associated with filling and processing your order. Returns received after 30 days of delivery are subject to refusal depending on the situation. We sincerely appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges.

Exchange policy
Items may be exchanged once (unopened & in original condition) within 30 days of delivery for another size, color, or product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges (including re-shipping charges for exchanged items).
